Now we have left the European Union VAT is no longer charged on European orders BUT there may be import duties/taxes on orders you receive. Unfortunately we cannot advise how much these charges will be. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MAY HAVE CHARGES TO PAY WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
All items (except items "made to order") are usually in stock and we endeavour to despatch all orders received by 2:30pm the same day. We will inform you by return if any goods ordered are currently unavailable. It may be possible to despatch orders received after 2:30pm the same day, it is dependant on how busy we are, it is advisable to phone us in this instance.
Goods are either sent by 1st class post or carrier (UK) depending on the size and weight of the package and require a full post coded address. If sent by a carrier a signature is required for safe delivery. If no-one will be in to receive the goods please consider a different delivery address e.g. a work address or c/o a reliable neighbour.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES If it is the first order your have placed with Woolies we can only send the goods to the card holder address, we are unable to send to a different delivery address. We will check our systems to see if we have any record of you ordering in the past.
CLICK AND COLLECT You can do a click and collect order on the website.
If you put the items in to your shopping basket and click on the Click & Collect option you will not pay any postage. We will telephone or email you once we have received the order to organize a convenient time for you to collect. Please note we are open 8.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday for collections.
Damaged or defective goods
We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship and package goods to the best of our ability to prevent damage in transit.
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them BEFORE CUTTING/ MODIFYING and notify us immediately if you believe there is a problem. Check thoroughly before cutting/ modifying any items, we cannot accept any returns that are different to how they were originally sent.
Damages, shortages and incorrect goods must be notified to us within 3 working days of delivery. In the first instance it is best to telephone or e-mail us. Please retain all goods, documents and packaging. We aim to sort out any such queries within 48 hours of being informed of them and will replace goods or refund your money depending on what is deemed most appropriate by yourself and the Company.
We try to avoid having returns so are happy to send samples before you order. Specifically ordered CUT lengths are difficult to re-sell.
If you do wish to return goods we will replace or refund but will make a minimum 15% handling charge.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of the invoice date informing us that you want to return the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned goods are lost we will not be liable for them. We will refund by the same method of payment used to purchase the goods within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
Please include the following with any returns: name, daytime telephone number, invoice number and the reason for the return.
